NEW ALBUM LIFE IS BIGGER THAN A DREAM OUT JUNE 20TH iTUNES and AMAZON

Welcome to the official website of celtic/country artist & fiddle player Laura McGhee, from Dundee, Scotland. Laura's music is a hybrid of influences from her Celtic roots to country and Americana. Laura's career began to flourish after landing her first show in America with legendary folk icon Pete Seeger at the Symphony Space on Broadway NYC.  In her career so far she has had the pleasure of working with many of her idols and her first USA album release "Celticana" reached the top 40 of the Americana chart, unprecedented for a Scottish artist. Last year Laura toured with John Carter Cash, John McEuen and the Celts. Laura's latest record "How Leaving Feels" was also released as an E.P last year.
